FREE USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping with no minim. |

International Orders: |

FREE USPS 3-5 day Global Express Shipping with a $150 minim order. Order under $150 are charged a $15 Shipping fee. |

Our goal is to process and ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 5 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day. Domestic orders shipped out Priority 2-3 day may be upgraded to USPS Express next day at customer’s expense. International orders shipped out Priority 6-10 day may be upgraded to USPS Express 3-5 day, or USPS Global Express 1-3 days at customer’s expense. Returns & Exchanges |

JJDenim will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of shipment, provided the items have NOT been worn, washed, or altered; original tags are still attached and free of defects. Items returned between 30-45 days will qualify for a store credit. NO items will be refunded or exchanged after 45 days. |

If you receive a defective product, you MUST notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or exchange. If we are not notified within the specified time period we will only issue a return or exchange at our discretion. Any defective product returned without our approval will not be accepted. |

All merchandise sold at 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale. Clearance sale items MUST be postmarked within 3 business days of receipt. Either a store credit will be issued or exchange of product. |
